Bespoke design and build to your requirements
We will take your brief and design the garden space to suit your requirements, and to fit into your space.
From design to completion
All of our garden space prices are for the complete project, you specify the timber and interior finish.
Decking areas can be in Timber or composite
Our Garden Areas
Cladding
You can choose to clad your structure in a variety of timber finishes from thermowood, Western Red Cedar or a range of other hard wearing products
Internal Finish
All our Garden Rooms are fully plastered and painted in your choice of finish.
We supply sockets and lighting as standard, but you can specify exactly what you require.
We also include fitting the flooring of your choice.
Decking
If required we can fit a decking area to increase the usable area of your garden space, using either traditional timber decking or composite boards.
Roofing
Our Roofs are constructed using either 150mm sips panels or 6x2 joists with 18mm osb panels, all fully insulated and topped with a single piece epdm rubber
Foundations
We can build your Garden Room on a conventional concrete slab as a base or we can fit ground screws to minimise disruption and waste.
Doors and Windows
We will supply doors and windows in either UPVC or Aluminium in your choice of colour, installed by specialist fitters.
